Our mission is to introduce contemplative practices for dialogue. Journey conversations create the conditions for a different kind of conversation by inviting participants to develop a deeper, interior awareness through contemplative practice in the company of others.
We offer resources for leaders and teams in educational, ministry, and workplace settings who want to learn how to move beyond conventional topics to explore purpose, meaning, and values in more of their conversations. These resources have been tested in a wide array of contexts with men and women of varying ages, faiths, and ethnic backgrounds.
Over the course of the past decade, a large part of our work has been devoted to facilitating and training facilitators for journey conversations as well as evaluating the impact these conversations are having on participants. We now offer what we have learned to you through two published books, Conversation–The Sacred Art and Deepening Engagement, related articles, and handouts featured in our conversation toolkit.
